Case study – ID Logistics Rack Repairs – ID Logistics We received two orders almost in the same time from ID Logitics and from FM Logistics. So, we consider them our first customers fairly. But we started working with ID Logitics first because of some calendar requirements from their side. ID Logistics – one of the key player on Romanian market and well known in other countries worldwide. The task was to repair 50 uprights on the customer choice.  The idea was to see how long it would take and what pitfalls we might encounter. Of course our customer selected the 50 most difficult repairs… In spite of the fact that our team was well trained in Europe and truly prepared, for the first two important orders (ID Logistics and FM Logistics) ROS Romania Rack Repair System invited a very experienced trainer and specialist from Germany – Volker Laging, the legend in ROS rack repair world. The job started on the 4th of February and it took 5 full working days to accomplish the task of 50 upright repairs. Case study – FM Logistic Rack Repairs – FM Logistic As we all know the leaders in the logistic industry are always busy. There is no time for experiments. But only the true champions always try to find some time for the new ideas, innovations, new methods and other outstanding activities which will drive the industry forward. One of them is the well known company – FM Logistic. We were very happy to receive this very important order for us. In this particular case the task was to perform with our unique method during 2 full working days at the FM Logistic site at Petresti, focusing on uprights but also diagonals and horizontals elements. During 2 days at the beginning of February we repaired 20 uprights and 13 diagonals braces. FM Logistic’s team was really happy with such a results. Usually with current traditional methods it will take much more time and efforts to do the same volume of repairs.
