Absolutely! Our repair process has been independently tested by many leading institutes worldwide. One of these is the same testing institute used by all european rack manufacturers to verify their own static calculations and ensure compliance with various EN standards. Additionally, the ROS repair method has been officially certified by DEKRA, Europe’s largest product testing, research, and certification body, to meet the European standard: EN 15635 – Application and Maintenance of Storage Equipment.
The ROS organization operates globally and performs approximately 150,000 repairs to supports and braces annually. Such a large and successful network would not be possible without demonstrated competence and adherence to national safety standards.
The duration of a support repair using our patented method depends on the degree of damage. Normally between 15 and 20 supports can be repaired per day.
ROS typically starts work within one to two weeks after receiving an order. Due to a significant rise in demand, more technicians from DEKRA and ROS have been trained to ensure we continue to meet this one to two-week lead time for our customers. We guarantee this standard for the future as well.
With our certified repair method, all cold-rolled rack profiles can be restored to their original condition, unless they are completely enclosed.

All supports and braces repaired by ROS are marked with a durable label indicating the repair. The repair log records and stores the details of the repaired supports and braces along with their positions. This log is saved in our database and also sent electronically to our customers. Thus, there is not only a visual indication of the repaired supports but also electronic records, which ensure that no support is repaired more than twice (the maximum number of repairs allowed for a rack support according to our SR EN 15635 certification).
The SR EN 15635 standard mandates that a visual inspection of your racking system should be carried out weekly by the person responsible for the safety of storage systems. Additionally, an independent inspection by an external expert should be conducted at least once a year.
